For this position to come back, management said that they need a position description. Labor provided the example of LPN’s ordering supplies as one of the tasks they do above and beyond. AFSCME leadership will reach out to LPN’s and let them know that management is willing to discuss the promotional options.
- 12-hour shifts-Labor brought up if management has set the expectations for what the 12’s need to be doing and management will discuss it will the supervisors of the grove floats. Management will discuss at next staffing meeting the lead spots for the 12-hour shifts but the plan is to post them in the fall.
- New Shifts-questions-Patient hall pass movement during shift changes was brought up by labor and it will be discussed with security services in upcoming meetings.
