- CARE St. Peter- Naomi Ochsendorf-There are still openings CDPA and RN positions, but they have hired MHP and site administrators that started the end of last year (2022)
- CBHH Rochester- Jim Pierce-Management has been making offers trying to fill RN’s and HST’s positions.

- Old Business-
i. CARE St. Peter
ii. CBHH Rochester-Labor would like to remind management to use Atlas for vacation submissions as well as approvals or denials of vacation.
- New Business
i. CARE St. Peter/CBHH Rochester-Labor would like to remind management to offer overtime out when the need is known instead of waiting to inverse. Management says they’re trying to offer out the overtime when need is known.
- NEO (union)-contractually we’re allowed to meet with people as they come into state service, and we’d like to get that to happen. Human resources says that it is a bigger conversation than just the local learning and development level of each program. The Human Resource director is working with learning and development to try to get the union time to meet with new employees. Human Resource director gave new employees the field representative’s (for AFSCME) email address so that they can reach out with questions or concerns.
Next meeting scheduled: February 23, 2023-will follow up with where we’re going to meet.
