Executive Board: Ryan Cates: Lots of grievances this month. OT is better. Investigations in 2 areas. Be careful. Light duty issues.
Executive Board: Luke Frederick: Sat a few investigations, had to stop one because investigator asking strange questions. Be aware of this. Trip to Rochester went well. Was nice to have face time with CBHH. CARE in St. Peter just had Todd Colth come down and do a working climate study. Last time this resulted in management terminations. Forward any prevalent information to Luke. Hoping this leads to better management.

Kreklow: Legislation is seeking 10 percent reduction in staff about 3500 AFSCME staff. Old afscme signing cards are discontinued. Use the maintenance of membership cards instead. Hesse has some.
