Officers Reports:
VP-John Knobbe: “Thanks everyone who cast a ballot last month. 251 members voted. I’m proud to be a member of this E-Board.
On 1-21 we had M&C for MSOP & later that day @ CARE.
On 1-23 Chuck, Connie, and I went to a progressive dues training. Watch for more info, but the way it looks this will lead to a lower dues rate for about 65% of our members.
I went to one of the Quality Org. Review meetings and did get to speak my mind. Yesterday we met in Rochester for our members @ that CBHH. Everyone remember Day on the Hill is next Wed. 2-17-10.
I have had a slow month for grievances, but sat multiple investigations. Will keep track of where any of these go.
In Solidarity
W. John Knobbe VP”
VP- Molly Kennedy: “We have MSOP meet and confer next Thursday and it will be at the council 5 office in St. Paul with Moose Lake's E-board and Management as well as St. Peter's.
Some of the items that will be discussed will be the amount of SNV given out, having the ability for the 12-8:30 shift to call for SNV before the start of their shift, cross training with the ability to mutual and the ability to see all the unit schedules and having the schedule be set up by pay periods.
I have been speaking with Gary about the ability for the 12-8:30 pm to call in before they have to show up and he said that he would look into it. I have also been speaking with Tim about some schedule issues and he really encourages people to let him know when your schedule doesn't look right. The sooner you catch it the sooner it can be fixed.”
Treasurer-Connie Anderson: Motion to accept subject to audit, by John Knobbe, with a second by Molly and carried.
CS MSH/Transition: John Collins: “I encourage everyone to use the Employee Assistance Program resources.
